Module 1. Getting to know and understand you
In the kick-off phase we discuss with your project team the important points for the redesign that came up in consulting and zoning or in initial discussions.
Module 2. Zoning and fitting planning
Together with you, we determine the space distribution in your new working environment: the zones where the various activities take place: Welcome, Communicate, Work, Social, Use. How many workstations should be created per room and zone?
Module 3. Look and Feel
We develop a holistic, individually tailored office design that reflects the spirit of your company. The mood board with its photos, sketches and a material and colour scheme shows the spatial experience that awaits you.
Concretisation in space
Now we can work out the details. We visualise your new working environment in 3D so that you can imagine the colour scheme and the furniture in the room. When sampling, we present you the 3D views together with the mood boards, furniture, floor coverings and wall design.
Module 5. Project Realisation
Now your new working environment becomes a reality. We take care of the timely completion of all trade inputs including lighting and acoustics and the timely delivery and assembly of the office furniture.
