Administrative offices usually look plain and conservative. Colours and materials are often kept simple and applied without any particular design in mind. That is about to change. Administration 2.0 stands for digital and agile working and for thoughtful and appealing spaces. Attention is paid to acoustics, lighting, the colour scheme, the feel-good factor and efficiency. In addition to the classic workplace, there are zones for different activities such as a telephone booth, meeting pod, retreat for concentrated work, meeting room, workshop room and lounge area.
The Administration 2.0 design integrates the corporate identity into colour schemes and materials, acoustic back walls on sideboards and cabinets, and plants for better air.
A wall carpet serves to improve acoustics and to accommodate movable whiteboards. The semi-circular walls were creatively adorned with tape art by the Berlin artists TAPE THAT. The lines and squares represent streets and buildings. Modern and abstract.
A foil was designed and applied to the glass partitions, depicting the outlines of well-known buildings managed by BIM. The foil serves as a visual screen and design element in the meeting rooms.
