The design of the environment for new work was worked out in a series of workshops in consultation with the employees and the management of Hertha BSC.

The feel-good factor, fostering creativity, agility and a wide range of retreat options were particularly important to the employees. Samplings were carried out on the basis of the workshops and various options were shown. It was always important to Hertha BSC to involve employees in the design process.
It was important to have a recognisable theme in the design and uniform, modern and high-quality furnishings. The workplaces were equipped with height-adjustable tables, ergonomic swivel chairs and open containers as storage space elements.
The new world of work is in line with the image and values of Hertha BSC. Together, we have created an environment that strengthens the Hertha feeling. Not only the employees but also the visitors feel that everything belongs together and has been holistically coordinated.
The Hertha BSC employees wanted rooms for highly concentrated and undisturbed work. Above all, the sales team needs several places to retreat in order to carry out calls in peace without disturbing colleagues or being distracted themselves. Telephone booths are particularly suitable for this and can be found in several functional designs in the new world of work.
A central element of the designed working environment are meeting options for face-to-face chats and teamwork. Several meeting rooms and conference booths were planned for
