In its listed building on the banks of the Spree, the Senate Department for Finance has created a pilot workspace: two open-plan areas with twelve desk-sharing stations. One is designed for communication, featuring a meeting lounge, meeting room, and video pod; the other is geared toward focused work, with phone booths and a meeting pod. The color concept draws from euro banknotes, softened by beige tones for a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Acoustic elements like moss panels and ceiling baffles enhance the work environment.
